Toggling Moderator-only stars

What is moderator only stars?

When Moderator only stars is enabled, A message must have at least 1 star reaction of a user with MANAGE_MESSAGES permission in order for that message to reach starboard.

This option is only recommended for very large servers with over few thousand members.

Enabling moderator stars

sly toggle-mod-stars enable

Above command will enable mod stars and a message would require a star reaction of a user with Manage messages permission in order for that message to reach starboard.

Disabling moderator stars

sly toggle-mod-stars disable

Above command will simply disable moderator starring.
